The depth is good, but Id add in more blurring, a tad more, to the BG at higher spots to make it look even better.

Id also take care with some of the bubble C4Ds (I think its them) that are pink and stuff, they dont go along with the sig.

To make your render pop out more dodge along his arm, it will give a false impression of it popping out more.

Try to fix more youre lighting here, where is the source? After deciding that, what should be lightened/sahded?

And maybe thrown in a little more of the renders blue, dunno, just a though?

and text, why not add it near spideys hip?

Its not a bad piece, its really goood, im just giving sugestions so you reach a higher level than you allready are ^^ Youre doing good with composition and blending, now its time to take care with details to make even better art ^^
